SCUBA Job Site Manager (Twin Cities/Brainerd Lakes Area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work underwater and above water with a Dive Team of 2 – 6 divers
- Efficiently and effectively perform by-the-root removal of lake weeds
- Haul removed vegetation from lakeshore to trailer (Must be able to carry bags full of vegetation up to 80 lbs)
- Responsible for performance evaluations of individual divers
- Motivate & hold crew members accountable by setting job site goals for the crew
- Daily form completion & reporting
- Daily communication with the Regional Managers and Sales Representatives
- Provide excellent customer service, and be the final sign-off on high quality results
- Drive the company truck and trailer for the assigned daily route
Working Conditions:
A love of working outdoors is essential and a willingness to work in bad weather conditions i.e. rain, high humidity and heat.
Each day begins at our shop in Eagan/Brainerd, MN, you will travel together as a crew to each routed job, and conclude the day back at the shop. Approximately 60% of your time will be on the job site, and 40% will be spent on off job tasks such as weed disposal, gear cleaning, and driving
Able to work weekends and overtime as needed
This is a great job for high school and college students, and teachers!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Physically able to complete manual labor – lift and carry 80lbs, ability to swim, push/pull wheelbarrows
- SCUBA Certification (we can help you obtain your certification if you do not have it already)
SCUBA Dive Team Member (Eagan/Brainerd Lakes Area)

Marketing Intern/ Office Assistant (PAID Position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer office phones and speak with clients in an articulate and professional manner
- Fill out call logs
- Coordinate an online marketing plan the with Region Manager
- Manage social media accounts
